Internships allow UdG students to complement the education they receive in classrooms and encourage them into the labour market. Internships give companies the chance to identify and train potential employees.
There are two types of internships:
Curricular internships: The internship counts as a curricular subject in the degree course and the intern earns some credits at the end of their internship. All UdG faculties offer curricular internships to their students.
Extracurricular internships: The internship doesn't count as a curricular subject in the degree and the intern doesn't earn any credits at the end of their internship. The UdG's Oficina Universitat - Empresa offers extracurricular internships as a general rule.
